In my day job of pubic safety communications we can’t afford to lose power to our systems and equipment. Lives may depend on that system at any given second. We rely heavily on Uninterruptible Power Supplies commonly known as UPS. I don’t see why we shouldn’t be putting the same urgency in keeping our audio and video systems up and running.
